Well there is talk that yahoo 360 is going down. SO I am considering moving everything in here and just forget yahoo completely. I have met some wonderful friends. But the headaches of yahoo are to frequent and I think I have had enough.

     I have thought about this again. As some of you know I have been thinking of asking others if they would like to change the pagan name to something else.  My thinking is that 'paganism' is an unbrella term created by the christians to describe us. Shouldn't we create our own  class name?

It has been a few days since I have posted anything here. And so here I am am just wanting to stay in touch with everyone. I have been having an interesting time on yahoo chats. Last night was a superb day. I know that I should stay in peace and harmony with the world around me. But I have grown tured of the canstant  tactics of the fundamentalists that constantly  belittle us. I was caalm and let a few fundies place there quotes and I noticed something and attacked quickly. In about 5 minutes I had the fundies trying to disprove what they had said. And they quoted verse after verse and I kepted on coming.  The whole arguement was based on jesusmyth being the only begotten son of god.

They quoted gen 6:1 and it said the sons  of god.

So I ask them then to tell me the difference of these sons and the jesusmyth. 

 "God adopted them, jesus is the only natural son."

 I countered why would god adopt something that he created? 

 They continued to preach that relationships don't effect on the diety.

SO if god has no relationship  then Jesus can't be his son, that would be a relationship.

Jesus is eternal, like god , he has no beginning.

SO I counter how can the father and the son be created at the same time? That is impossible. There would be the father and then later the son.  What is the difference between jesusmyth and these other sons?

Jesus was natural the others weren't.

So jesus is bnatural because of his birth  from the Virgin Mary?

Yes, they proclaimed.

How can Jesus be of natural birth and be at the creation when the virgin mary didn't exist. Thus the natural part is wrong. And thus jesusmyth would have to be just like the other sons of god. And thus God didn't send down his only begotten son to die for our sins. Thus your bible has been disproven.

They then informed me that I was going to hell and perish in the lake of fire.

 

Being a divorced man entering the pagan community, I have learned how hard it is to find someone to share my point of view in faith.  So I decided to create a grouop on Yahoo. I try to follow the path of druids. I walk this path alone and it is difficult at times because I have no close people to chat with. So I follow my heart and follow this path as it feels to me. There are three levels to the druid system. The bard , ovate, and the druid. I feel like I have an old soul, there are things that seem to just work with me without prior knowledge. I believe in reincarnation for this reason. When I studied about druidism and celtic wisdom I noticed many of the requirements were things that I already do and feel very comfortable with. So there is a part of me that feels like I was a bard in a past life and it has been embedded into my soul. I say this because I have the love of song, poetry, and history as a Bard should. I do have some pregognitive powers and mystical understandings like and Ovate should have. And finally I seem to have an ability to give advice to people and have a certain leadership skill as a Druid should have.

As what I have read the druids spirit is reincarnated to learn as much as possible and the knowledge is never lost, just dormate. I think this is the explanation of Edgar Casey, the famous man that spoke miraculous information while he slept. I believe that his hidden spirit was able to come out as he slept to releave so many wonders of the world. My spirit has experienced many things, the great wonder is how to reveal those past life experiences. This is my opinion, you may agree or not, that is fine.
